At Central City BBQ we are committed to serving the best BBQ in town and providing a stellar dining experience by always putting the guest first with a positive and proactive approach. Our Front of House Team members are truly Jacks (and Dianes) of all trades. Their day consists of setting the restaurant for service, preparing catering orders for the day, processing orders at the counter as well as traying/bagging orders for in house, to go and delivery. Down time is spent staying organized and setting the next shift up for success. This is done by maintaining paper and togo supplies, confirming all menu items are stocked to proper par levels and are available in digital ordering platforms.
